Here is a list of some books you might enjoy reading this summer. You may also choose any other title that is around your reading level. Pick a title you are interested in that is not too hard or too easy. Be prepared to take a Reading Counts quiz in the Fall.

2016 Summer Reading Contest for District Students & Teachers
Summer COMPASS will run from June 6 – 16, 2015
Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Registration letters will be distributed June 1 & 2 to the students directly who must attend the program.
Dress code policy is in effect.
Breakfast and Lunch will be served. All meals are free for students.
The program is an opportunity to remediate a students grade(s) of an F and achieve enough points to be promoted to the next grade!
Failure to complete the program may result in retention!
Students need to attend ALL sessions until they have completed the course.
50% of your work may be done on a computer outside of school and hasten the time it takes them to complete.
